What are the POA annual dues?

$175 per address (not on the lake)

$225 per address (on the lake)
What do the POA annual dues support?

- Maintenance and upkeep of the commons area around the lake (landscaping, gazebo, bridge)

-  Maintenance and DNR/EPA compliance testing of the lake

o   Dam inspection every three years

o   Algae treatments

- Maintenance and upkeep of the Conway Farm signage

- Insurance
May I eat the fish from the lake?

POA members and their guests are allowed to fish from the commons lake, employing catch-and-release. Please note that the lake is treated for algae on a regular basis.
Who can access the restricted areas of the website?

Members of the Conway Farms Property Owners Association (POA) who have created a profile for the website can create a profile to login and access member information on the site.
I live in Conway Farms, how do I access the information on this website which is restricted to Property Owners?

On a desktop, click on the prompt in the top right corner to create a profile and login for your household. Each submission will be reviewed to ensure the request has come from a property owner in Conway Farms and then approved.
Why do I need to create a profile on this website?

In addition to providing POA members with access to restricted information, having a profile allows users to use the online payment option.
Who can view my information entered in the profile?

All POA members who have created a profile can opt-out of the online member directory, should they choose to do so. The POA Board will have access to the information entered.
How will my contact information be used/shared?

-          Information entered to request and create an online profile to access the restricted areas of this website will be used to verify that you are a member of the POA. All requests are reviewed and approved by the POA board.

-          Unless you choose to opt-out, you will be listed in the Member Directory, which is a restricted area of the website that can only be viewed by POA members who have created a profile for this website.

-          POA Board may use your email address to send meeting notices and other notices. We do not anticipate this to be more than quarterly.
Is there a fee to use the website to pay annual POA dues?

Yes. The web hosting company charges a 2.8% processing fee per transaction, plus $0.30. This is added to your total transaction charge.
When is the annual meeting held?

Historically, this is held in November.

The ByLaws state in Article II, Section 4: There shall be an annual meeting of the members of the Association at such a place and time as may be designated by the Board of Directors. The purpose of the annual meeting shall be the election of the Board of Directors for the following year and the transaction of such business as may come before the meeting. Written notice of the annual meeting stating its date, place, and hour shall be distributed to the owner-members by the Board of Directors, or its designated representative, not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting.
